In an effort to make it easier for our church community to reach out to one another, the elders have been working to update the church records and are hoping to do so by this winter.
In order to make this simple for you and all members, a form has been created that collects only the information that is most helpful for the church office to have updated. Your information is used by the church only for the purpose of spiritual care and the strengthening of the church community.
The information can be filled out either electronically or on a paper version. The below form will automatically be submitted to the church office and elders.
To fill out a paper submission, families can use the form that will be provided in the next mailed newsletter or available to get from the church Narthex beginning August 30th. To keep your information secure, the paper forms can be mailed to the church office, dropped off in the black dropbox at door 2, or placed in the offering plates during church.
