Duties and Responsibilities
Second Step Program Coordinator
Counseling services Preschool – Eighth Grade
Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, parents
Serve on RTL Team
Provide push-in and pull-out services, small group and large group
Act as a liaison between students and their families
Requirements
Indiana Teaching license preferred
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills with the ability to follow through on plans
Strong communication skills with parents, colleagues, and students
Ability to delegate authority and/or responsibility effectively as needed
