Part-Time Counselor – Preschool/ Elementary/ Middle School

Position Available Since

  • 2021/ 22 School Year

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Second Step Program Coordinator
  • Counseling services Preschool – Eighth Grade
  • Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, parents
  • Serve on RTL Team
  • Provide push-in and pull-out services, small group and large group
  • Act as a liaison between students and their families

Requirements

  • Indiana Teaching license preferred
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills with the ability to follow through on plans
  • Strong communication skills with parents, colleagues, and students
  • Ability to delegate authority and/or responsibility effectively as needed

Qualifications

  • Valid certificate as a school guidance counselor
  • Model the Christian Faith with student & staff
  • Professional appearance in dress and actions

Position

Part-Time Reading Coach Teacher

Position Available Since

  • 2021/ 22 School Year

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Instruction 5th - 8th grade students
  • Oversee Reading Instruction and Interventions Kindergarten - Eighth Grade
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, administration, and parents to ensure student success.
  • Conduct Diagnostic assessments, monitor student progress.
  • Assist with record keeping, planning, and implementation of informational meetings and trainings.
  • Monitor additional interventions for Tier 2 and 3 students.

Job Qualifications

  • Indiana Teaching license preferred
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills with the ability to follow through on plans
  • Strong communication skills with parents, Colleagues, and students
