Now that workers have completed the expansion of both our computer network and various components, two of the three regular Bible studies have relocated to our newly renovated chapel.
The most critical of these components is a large-screen (75”) television, providing an easy means to share a video or other presentation with a group. Just as critical is the expansion of the computer network in the church building, including a new access point (AP) for the chapel.
(NOTE: These APs are ones that were “leftover” when new APs were installed in the school building. They do not make use of the same WIFI network as the rest of campus and the signal is much less reliable. Pastor Albers has asked Qubit Networks to provide a quote for services to eventually install FOUR new APs in the church building providing a “seamless” experience for those who need to access the internet while at the church building. This will include access to our “Guest” network.)
The Women of the Word (WOW) which meets weekly on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm has been meeting in the chapel and plans to do so in the future. The men’s Saturday morning study which meets monthly at 8 am on the 2nd Saturday of the month also plans to continue meeting in the chapel. Enter the church building through the far southwest door (near the vestry).
