Preparations for Trunk or Treat are well underway! Volunteers and donations are still needed. Below are the ways that you can help!

Donating

We are in need of bags of candy! These donations supplement what is brought by those who host a trunk. Last year we had over 500 people attend, so an abundance of candy is needed!

We are in need of financial donations, too. We provide hot dogs and water for free to all who attend. If you are able to help offset these costs, please bring your donation to the church office, or write ‘trunk or treat’ in the memo of your check in the offering plate.

We are aiming to fill a ‘donation monster’ trunk totally full with donations for the Pax Center’s food bank! You can help us feed the ‘donation monster’ by bringing canned donations to the Trunk or Treat, or to the weekend services on the 25th and 26th.

Volunteering

We need trunks! If you need help decorating, talk to Deaconess Michele as we have trunk-decorating kits available to make it easy for your trunk to look creative.

We need volunteers to help staff the voting booth, where kids will choose the best trunk, and the photo booth, where kids can grab props and take a photo in their great outfits.

We need help with setup! If you can come by the parking lot in the afternoon of October 24th to help setup, please let Deaconess Michele know and she will share details on time and place of setup.
