The Student Council has already been busy leading the way this year!
In October, the Student Council members stayed busy serving both the school and church communities. They volunteered at the Port-a-Pit Chicken fundraiser supporting The NEST, where students helped encourage sales by waving to passing cars with signs and assisted with cleanup after the event.
The Student Council also helped at the Trunk or Treat, handing out candy and distributing fliers about our school to families in attendance. In addition, students created thoughtful cards for the sick, spreading kindness and encouragement to those in need.
To wrap up the month, the Council took on a leadership role by planning the themed outfits for Red Ribbon Week, promoting school spirit and healthy choices. We’re proud of their dedication and service as they grow their leadership skills!
