SGO Gifts Double Your Impact
Gifts to St. John’s through the Lutheran SGO of Indiana qualify for a generous tax credit. Several current donors are making an Eagle education possible for many while maximizing the use of a state tax credit.
THE LUTHERAN SCHOLARSHIP GRANTING ORGANIZATION
Nearly every Lutheran school in the state of Indiana, including St. John’s, has established a scholarship fund through the Lutheran SGO of Indiana (https://www.lutheransgo.org).
So far in 2023, six donors have provided just over $15,000 in gifts. The donors will receive more than $7,500 in tax credits. Any individual or entity with an Indiana State Tax Liability can receive this credit.
Tax credit programs CAN sound rather complicated, but they remain the best way to increase the impact of your giving to St. John’s School.
