There just isn’t anything to compare to a classroom and hallway filled to overflowing with eager learners! And that is especially true for our youngest students.

Enrollment season kicked off  St. John’s on Thursday, March 7, with the annual Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten Round-Up. 

In only an hour or so 26 families stopped by to inquire about enrolling their child. More than 20 preschool, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students enrolled that evening The roundup included a tour of the building (especially the kindergarten and preschool rooms) as well as a “meet and greet” with the teachers, Mrs. Bangs and Mrs. Watkins.

School office staff were on hand to register students and receive a deposit from interested families. We do plan to expand our kindergarten class, from 13 students this year to 20 students. There are only 10 spots remaining in kindergarten, so be sure to spread the word with your friends or family members who may be interested in an Eagle education for their child.

Limited scholarships ARE available for students who demonstrate significant financial need.

The age eligibility for these programs is as follows:

Preschool: 3 Years Old by August 1, 2024

Pre-Kindergarten: 4 Years Old by August 1, 2024

Kindergarten: 5 Years Old by August 1, 2024

Re-enrollment packets should be available by mid-March for existing students in K-7th grade.
