On Monday the 4th, St. John’s teachers and aids, faculty, NEST members, and WOW Bible study attendees all gathered to welcome students back and help families prepare for the school year!
Parents were able to complete all the needed paperwork and students got to drop off their school supplies at their desks and chat with their teacher. Families were also able to “shop” at the school supplies table for items they hadn’t purchased for the school year. These items were greatly appreciated and the WOW Bible study members who staffed the table enjoyed getting to help the students select the items they need and get to pick out their favorite colors for notebooks and folders.
Thank you to all who donated toward the school supply drive! The remaining items are being distributed to the teachers, to supply their rooms for the year.
