Trivia Night is Friday, December 6th, beginning at 6 p.m. in the St. John’s School Gymnasium at 111 Kingsbury Ave, Door 2, La Porte, IN 46350. Each ticket price includes pizza, drinks, and childcare (potty-trained to grade 5). Additionally, baked goods will be available for purchase.
On the next page, fill out the form to submit the names you’re purchasing tickets for and sign-up for childcare. On the final page you can submit an online payment or select to mail or bring payment to the school office.
All proceeds will help fund the 6-8th grader’s trip to Washington D.C.
