During chapel on September 9th, the elders will be gifting Bibles and catechisms so that students can use them in their classes but also get to keep them when they graduate. 3rd graders will be gifted Bibles and 5th graders will be gifted catechisms since that is the year the religion curriculum begins to include references to the catechism.
If you’d like to join to celebrate this receiving of these gifts, you can enter the church via the main doors under the portico-covered entrance that faces Monroe Street. Chapel is 8:10-8:45am.
